职位描述：
Report to: Director of Marketing & Sales
Responsibilities and duties:
-Oversight of a region of dealer accounts
-Training Dealer Sales Representatives in selling techniques
-Continuous communication with the dealer and customer groups
-Providing sales activity plans and monthly forecasts
-Developing plans to increase our mutual business,the exposure and brand
awareness of Steinway products in the Chinese market,introducing these
plans to our dealers and following up their execution
-Developing and improving dealers' knowledge about the Steinway brands
-Assisting dealers in their planning, executions and follow ups of
promotional sales events

Requirements:
-Age between 25 and 35 with a bachelor or master degree
-Minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing
-Oral and written English skills are preferred
-Experience in the wholesale and retail business for selling high ticket
items
-Good understanding of the marketing and sales techniques for developing
and nurturing a market for a high quality niche product,experienced in
assisting or performing promotion activities
-Flexible and willing to travel.
