客服代表（Customer Service Representative/Translator）
Reports to: Manager of Technical Service
Responsibilities:
-Primary contact with Dealers,Customers,and Service Technicians on
warranty,maintenance, and repair issues
-Organize,schedule,and maintain records of technician training/education
program
-Translate for English speaking technicians during training sessions
-Order parts as required by service department

-At least three years experience in Customer Service field
-Bachelors Degree in appropriate field
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to solve problems and work independently
-Demonstrated ability with Access,Excel, Word and PowerPoint
